The Floa Constrictor would be attached to the hose in a position that affords the best view of the lawn sprinkler, and then adjust the flow for desired water coverage. In addition save time, save steps to extend the hose or move the sprinkler without going to the wall tap to turn off the water. The Floa Constrictor is never permanently attached to the hose and may be moved to a new position on the hose as many times as needed all without removing the hose from the tap or the sprinkler.

Turn on your tap to full pressure.
